What is a Celebrant?
What is a celebrant, and why should I use one?
As a celebrant, I’m all about making your special moments truly unforgettable! Whether it’s a wedding, a naming ceremony, or a funeral, I’m here to help you create a ceremony that reflects who you and your loved ones truly are.
Choosing a celebrant means you get a ceremony that’s uniquely yours. I love getting to know you and weaving your story into every detail, so it feels personal and heartfelt. No cookie-cutter ceremonies here—whether you want something cosy and intimate or a big, fun celebration, we’ll make it happen together!
I focus on creating a warm, inviting vibe where everyone feels included and excited to be a part of your day. When you work with me, you’re getting someone who genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. Let’s celebrate your milestone with all the joy and love it deserves!
What's the difference between a celebrant and a registrar?
A registrar is a government official who handles the legal stuff—like registering marriages, births, and deaths. Their ceremonies are pretty formal and follow strict rules, focusing mainly on the legal side.
If you want a warm, meaningful ceremony, I’m your person! But if you just need to meet legal requirements, a registrar is the way to go. Some couples even have a registrar handle the legal part and then bring me in for a more personal touch. It’s all about what feels right for you!
